Blocker Dally Ty Tying Options

Installation:

Using the Dally Ty as a template, drill 2 pilot holes with a 1/4" bit. Use a 7/16" (whoops this batch has two different bolt sizes so you will need a 1/2" and 9/16") deep well socket to attach both bolts. Make sure both bolts are very straight.

Minimum Hold

1. Drape the lead rope over the Dally Ty and behind the long bolt. 2. Create a half hitch with your lead rope and loop it around the horn.

3. Finally pull down on the horse end of the lead rope to secure it and feel the hold your rope creates. Different lead ropes will have different levels of hold depending on the material and condition.

More Hold

If you want more hold you can add a loop before the half hitch. 1. Drape the lead rope over the Dally Ty and behind the long bolt. 2. Wrap the rope around the horn.
