The Power Combi Neck has an outershell of silver ballistic nylon, an interior layer of 300g Stay-Dry lining, and a silky nylon lining to prevent mane rubbing. Attaches to the Power Turnout at Velcro attachment points that are covered to keep dirty and hair out.
